1) 5 Jerks (from the ground)
2) Pulling Skill (see below)

Pick a weight for the jerks you can do for the entire 20:00. Something challenging but not so hard you fail in the last few rounds.

Choose a pulling skill:
1.) 3-5 Muscle ups
2.) 5-10 Strict Pull ups
3.) 5 Weighted Pull ups
4.) 10-15 Pull ups
5.) 2 Rope Climbs
