Warm-up:

Power Snatch

Set 1: 8 reps at first weight in workout

Set 2: 6 reps at second weight in workout

Set 3: 4 reps at third weight in workout

For time:

Run 800 meters

30 Power Snatch (95/65)

Run 600 meters

20 Power Snatch (115/75)

Run 400 meters

10 Power Snatch (135/95)

There is a 20 minute time cap. Scale accordingly.

Beginners – sub OH squat or goblet squat with scaled reps.
